God called me to the ministry over twenty years ago. In 2004 He relocated me and my wife to Fl. His call was clear that we were to minister in Tampa. The Lord matched us with Salem and instructed us to pour into lives of this church family & community.

Music Director/Lead Worshipper & Comm. Cordinator Small Groups

Vicky is the wife of Pastor Louie, and has been saved for 24 years. Her passion is to sing for Christ, and to see God's people worship the Lord. Vicky is also currently the Communications Coordinator for Small Groups.

Building & Grounds Director

David currently serves as Small Groups Coordinator, with the responsibilities of obtaining materials for bible studies. He also leads a small group out of his home with his wife Edie.

Church Administrator & Street Evangelism Outreach Director

Tom is a serious servant for the Lord. His passion is witnessing God move in the community, and fill Salem with hungry souls needing Christ. Tom is a Sunday School teacher, and oversees the outreach at Salem.

Piano Player & Prayer Coordinator

Ms Shirley is the wife of Deacon Charlie & mother of Susan; she is dedicated to the ministry of music, but is active as secretary of business meetings. Shirley is also the Director of Prayer for Small groups. Her ministry is vital to Salem.

Children's Church Director

Becky is currently the Acting Children's Director. She has been the Minister of Education (ME) at Salem, but has had to temporarily step down from ME in order to focus hr attention on the children's church.

Buildings & Grounds Co-Director

Ms Alice is a tremendous blessing to Salem. She oversees Buildings & Grounds, a crucial ministry and service at Salem. She is also a great children's Sunday Schoold teacher, showing love and care to the children of Salem. We thank God for Ms Alice...

Interim Youth Leaders

Joey and Dinah have been married for over 10 years. They have two children, Amaya & Jonah, and love the Lord. Joey is gifted in mentoring youth, as is Dinah. Currently Dinah is an R&B & Hip Hop local artist. They have added to Salem's passion to serve God

Small Group Director

Andrew has been saved over five years and has been a committed member of Salem since his salvation. He has proven to be very capable and Knowledgeable in Salem's vision, and in the small group dynamics and structure.
